Special Scenic Drive Fund Raiser

Read About January 28, 2012 Litter Cleanup (It's what we do!)

The goal is to raise a total of $1650, with 22 donors contributing $75 each in cash or in-kind donations. The proceeds will be used to replace damaged and missing plant identification signs, to purchase litter pickup sticks used by volunteers during Scenic Drive roadside cleanups, and for Scenic Drive Web site hosting expenses. In-kind donations will be used as silent-auction items at Cookout at the Ranch XVI, which will be held at MacDonald's Ranch on Saturday, September 29th.

Donor Recognition

The July-August issue of A Peek at the Peak (The Peak) magazine and The Peak’s Web site will each devote an entire page to recognize the businesses, organizations, families, and individuals that contribute to the fund raising effort. Each donor will receive a separate listing on the page. Donors will receive a letter acknowledging their donation.

Advertising Savings

Donors to the Help Scenic Drive campaign qualify for a $75 discount from the rate of a quarter page or larger advertisement in The Peak magazine. This special discount can be combined with other discounts to increase savings. Donors also qualify for a $75 discount from the cost of WebAds, that can be placed on the most popular pages on the GPPA Web site. For information, call The Peak at (480) 361-6498.

Provides information about the fund raiser, includes a form that the donor completes to specify the contents of his/her recognition listing, and payment information, including the method of payment. Note. The special page will be published in the July-August issue, not the May-June issue as stated in the fact sheet.
